Ceramic veneers (sometimes called porcelain veneers or dental porcelain laminates) are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-coloured materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their colour, shape, size, or length.
Veneers are a very minimal invasive technique where we remove a very thin layer of your teeth to replace it with ceramic material. After that, we scan your teeth with a 3d scanner and send the digital impression to the lab, where your new smile will be created using robotic dentistry.
Composite veneers or Direct veneers or even also called Bonding, is a technique by which we cover the front side of the teeth to change shape and colour. Composite veneers are done directly in the mouth of the patient using composite materials with very high esthetic physical properties. We use the “Layering technique” where we layer different colours and opacities of composites to give a more natural look on your composite veneers.
